Changing its name to 'The Kyungpook University Times',
the ewspaper became monthly magazine of 28 pages. |

With the new title of 'VIGOR21 (Volunteers Interacting with the Glove
and Outlooking a Real 21st century)', it became a monthly web magazine
publishing its issues only through the internet.
(The Asian financial crisis in 1997 forced it to be published in non-paper form.) |

'Vigor21'was changed into 'The KNU Times'
